In this session, participants will hear from a diverse and intergenerational panel of ambitious women who hold different roles of leadership in their (tech) organizations. Panelists will each share how they define and practice self-leadership, approach fear/risk, and make decisions about career transitions. As part of sharing their own stories of "climbing Mount Everest," panelists will also offer insights about how they find and build relationships with a personal board of advisors (aka their mountain climbing crew).
