There is true power in slowing down and reflecting on what is important. Being busy is no longer a badge of honor. The race down to burnout has lost its luster. But how do we maintain and deepen this newfound wisdom? During this interactive experiential workshop learn what it feels like to truly slow down, embody the importance of maintaining personal energetic boundaries, and come away with practical methods for confidently embracing mindful living. Optional: Bring a journal and a pen or pencil for a reflection exercise.
